How does it work?
Step 1:
We consult with you via phone or email to find out your needs. We will ask about care needs. For example, does your loved one need help with bathing, dressing or grooming? Do they need help managing medications? Are you concerned with their memory? Are they no longer cleaning and paying bills? Are they socializing? Are they depressed? Secondly, where does the senior currently live? Are they alone or currently receiving care? Do you want them closer to family? Finally, what is the budget?
Step 2:
Based on the information we gather from you, we can make
recommendations based on your needs. If senior living is the best
option then we will actually coordinate and accompany you on tours of the homes that we feel will best be able to care for your loved one.
Step 3:
Follow up. If you need recommendations for additional
services, we can connect you with professionals in the industry that we have personally worked with and believe will deliver service above and beyond. How can this service be free? Only the best senior living providers are given the chance to compete for your business and those that qualify reimburse us for our services. We will inform you about all available senior living communities in the Chicagoland area and provide you with free tours of the leading communities.
