Joining Chicagoland Caregiver's, now LivHOME's, team of Certified Nursing Aides and Companion caregivers allows you to gain valuable experience working with seniors who will share their wisdom with you while delivering a fulfilling way to earn a paycheck. We offer both part-time, full-time and over night positions and provide free training. We offer positions in the city of Chicago and in the narby suburbs. The most important quality we look for in a caregiver is a caring personality. We also value hiring individuals who have a proven track record as a dependable employee, as our clients count on you to be there for them and to be on time. We work with both seniors and the disabled and offer flexible schedules. A Care Plan with a specific routine is provided for each client and a Case Manager provides you ith training for each case.

Chicagoland Caregivers, now LivHOME, also connects Caregivers with on-going training opportunities offered by local health care organizations. We want to assist you to grow your career in the direction of your choice and hire both individuals who are temporary and long-term.

We offer Health Insurance for all Caregivers working 20 hours or more per week!

BENEFITS: Chicagoland Caregivers, now LivHOME, offers HEALTH CARE benefits to all employees working 20 hours or more per week, after 30 days of employment. The health care plan includes medical, dental and vision. After 2 years of full-time employment, caregivers qualify for a SIMPLE retirement program, with Chicagoland Caregivers, now LivHOME, matching contributions $1 to $1 up to 3% of salary.

After 2 years of full-time employment, caregivers qualify for a SIMPLE retirement program.

ANNUAL BONUS: After one-year of employment, Caregivers qualify to receive an annual cash bonus. Caregivers receive the bonus as a reward for delivering quality service demonstrated by arriving on-time for assignments, receiving positive feedback from clients and attending continuing-education training.

CARE FOR THE CAREGIVER: Chicagoland Caregivers, now LivHOME, offers various stress-relief programs for Caregivers, from free monthly massages to free pizza dinners.
