Dianne Bass

What made you interested in working as a Caregiver?
I cared for my Grandfather many years ago and have been a caregiver in some capacity since that time.
How long have you worked for Chicagoland Caregivers?
For 2 years, doing both hourly and live-in for several of our clients.
What did you do prior to working with Chicagoland Caregivers?
Ran a childcare business and also raised 4 children.
What do you find most challenging about being a caregiver?
Managing the different needs of my clients while also balancing my own families needs.
What do you find most rewarding about being a caregiver?
I love to help people and also providing great service and support to Seniors and those that need it.
What are your interests, when not working?
I am very active in my church and also like to read, swim and cook.
What are your plans for the future?
I would like to go back to school to get my C.N.A. certificate.
